Erica Stottlemyre

President and Chairwoman of the Board Of Koibito Cares

Erica Stottlemyre was the founder of the Koibito Cares Non-Profit, and serves in a non-compensated voluntary position of President of the Organization. Ms. Stottlemyre has enjoyed a long history of involvement in Community Causes in the Metropolitan Phoenix Area.  Ms. Stottlemyre was the recipient of the 2010 Trends Charitable Fund Trendsetter award for her philanthropic work in the community. Trends Charitable Fund is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1995 to issue grants to Arizona nonprofit organizations that meet the TCF’s mission to support programs that positively impact women, children, and their families. Over the decades, TCF has donated over $5 million to local causes. Ms. Stottlemyre has additionally served on several committees to support local charitable initiatives, including the Heart Ball, an event that unites supporters with a shared purpose to raise the critical funds needed to ensure the organization’s work on addressing Heart Disease, continues to make an effort to address bot treatment and education for the local community. She has been a longtime supporter and committee member of,  notMyKid, a youth mental health and wellness nonprofit offering the full continuum of mental and behavioral health and wellness programs and services.  

In addition to her many charitable initiatives, Erica, is also a full time mother of 5 children and wife to Todd Stottlemyre, a two time bestselling author and former Professional MLB  Pitcher.  Additionally, she holds the position of Executive of Operations of Stottlemyre International, which involves building her husbands’ international brand, through speaking engagements, online academies, and events.

Rachel Locke

Treasurer and Board Member

Ms. Locke serves in a voluntary non-compensated role as the Treasurer and Board Member of Koibito Cares. She has been a Partner in the accounting firm of Fester & Chapman, PLLC since 2013 and has been with that firm since 2004. Ms. Locke has extensive experience serving individuals, trusts, partnerships, privately held corporations and nonprofits. Ms. Locke has extensive experience in providing tax advice for individuals ranging from sole practitioners to high-net worth individuals. Her clientele includes many professional corporations, professional athletes, nonprofit organizations, and a wide variety of industries.

Kimberly Zadrozny

Secretary and Board Member

Ms. Zadrozny serves in a voluntary, non-compensated role as the Secretary and Board Member of Koibito Cares. In her outside professional capacity, she is the VP of Funding for her local public high school’s APT. This position offers her the opportunity to assist teachers and support staff to meet their educational needs in the classroom with additional funding for resources. She  is an alumna of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and brings to Koibito Cares her talent for communication and passion for helping the community. Her career began in the international PR field, specializing in technology and healthcare management, where she earned the Best of Comdex Award for her work with emerging technologies. She then moved into magazine publishing as the Director of Operations for a national fashion publication where her inherent ability to manage projects from concept to execution was highlighted.

Lindsay Hansen

Officer and Board member

Lindsay Hansen serves in a voluntary, non-compensated role, as an officer and Board member of Koibito Cares and provides counsel and advice to the company. She is the President of LDH Consulting, a boutique PR firm that helps small businesses and nonprofits with public relations, marketing, and social media networking. Prior to starting her own company in 2005, she spent several years in Corporate America handling marketing, event planning, advertising, public relations and community relations for US Airways and Westcor Partners. She also spent three years as director of public relations for a Phoenix-based marketing firm. Ms. Hansen is well networked in the business community and has built strong relationships with local, regional, and national members of the media. Ms. Hansen is consistently named one The Valley’s Best Female PR Professionals in The Arizona Foothills Magazine and has an ongoing philanthropic commitment of giving back to the community that goes back decades. She is a Golden member of the Phoenix Women’s Board of Steele Children’s Research Center, known as PANDA, a charitable organization that supports discovery processes that lead to improved treatments and cures for devastating childhood diseases. She and her husband reside in Scottsdale and have two sons.

Dawn McKeever

Officer and Board member

Ms. McKeever  serves in a voluntary, non-compensated role, as an Officer and Board Member of Koibito Cares. Ms. McKeever is the owner and active principal at McKeever Financial LLC, a bookkeeping and financial consulting agency in Scottsdale since 2005.  Her expertise and focus are advising and counselling small to medium businesses, in the early stages of initial business launches.  Her skill set helps her clients achieve better outcomes by implementing multiple touch points that improve infra-structure, financial strength, and various aspects of their business such as personnel, locations, and cash flow, while managing expansion.  

Ms. McKeever has served as treasurer and board member of several local organizations primarily in the non-profit area often involving her family such as High School Band Boosters and Girl Scouts of America.  Her personal time is spent with her family and enjoying outdoor activities with a particular passion for hiking.

Toby Ownby

Officer and Board member

Ms. Ownby serves in a voluntary, non-compensated role, as an Officer and Board Member. Since 2013,  Ms. Ownby has been the President of the Ownby Group, which is a team component of the EXP Realty Group, which serves the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. She holds an engineering degree from the University of Florida.

She is a wife of 27 years and has two Daughters. The family has deep ties to the local community, and she has served in many Charitable initiatives over the years. Ms. Ownby  is the Past President for National Charity League,  a multi-generational philanthropic organization of mothers and daughters, which donates over three million hours annually to over 6,000 charities in the U.S. fostering mother-daughter relationships through an ongoing commitment to philanthropy, culture, and leadership. She has also had a leadership role in the Sonoran Centennial Chapter, National Charity League, Inc. (NCL, Inc.) an organization that is committed to the development of mothers and daughters as leaders and is dedicated to improving local communities through hands-on volunteerism. 

Barbara Prah-Wix

Officer and Board member

Dr. Barbara Prah-Wix serves in a voluntary, non-compensated role, as an Officer and Board Member. Dr. Prah-Wix is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and has been in private practice in Phoenix for 15 years. She currently works as the Medical Consultant to the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Prah-Wix also was the compliance officer and administrator for the Physician’s Health Program from 2018-2021 and served as the Interim Executive Director for the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in 2019.

Dr. Prah-Wix has spoken statewide to physicians at Federation of State Medical Board and Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association sponsored conferences regarding responsible opiate prescribing.  She is also a lecturer to Osteopathic Medical Students for the Medical Ethics and Jurisprudence course at both Midwestern University and A.T. Still University.

She has held numerous positions and appointments in her service to the Osteopathic community, including Chief of the Medical Staff at John C. Lincoln Hospital Deer Valley, Vice Chief of the Medical Staff at John C. Lincoln Hospital Deer Valley, Chief of Family Medicine at John C. Lincoln Deer Valley, Vice President of the Maricopa Foundation for Medical Care Board of Directors, member of the Governor’s Prescription Drug Initiative Healthcare Advisory Team and Delegate to the House of the Arizona Osteopathic Medicine Association. She also chaired the John C. Lincoln Foundation Advisory Council which grants funds to advance Osteopathic Education in Maricopa County and served as a Board member of the John C. Lincoln Health Foundation. Dr. Prah-Wix also was recognized by the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association as the Physician of the Year in 2015 and received the Federation of State Medical Board’s Award of Merit in 2023.

 Dr. Prah-Wix  also has been active in the community. She has served on the Koibito Cares Board of Directors since 2022. Additionally, she has been involved with the Translational Genomic Research Institute’s Women’s Philanthropy Council since 2019 and has served as the Chairwoman since 2023.  She was a member of the Women’s Wellness Board for A.T. Still University from 2009-2014 and served on the Board of the Tesseract School from 2009-2011.  Dr. Prah-Wix was a Peak Presenter for the  “Not My Kid” Organization from 2007-2009.
